Where are my reports stored?

On your phone only. Jobwrit has no account and no cloud copy, which is why it works offline.

Moving to a new phone

Settings → Data → export a full backup, save it somewhere you can reach from the new phone (Files, email, cloud drive), then import it on the new phone from the same screen.

Restoring Pro on a new device

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are cancelled there rather than in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

A PDF looks wrong

Email us the report number (for example DR-0001) and describe what looks off. A screenshot helps.

Deleting your data

Delete reports or projects in the app, or uninstall Jobwrit. There is no account to close and nothing stored on our side.
