Delete your account and data

Us: A Diary for Two, by Petalform LLC

You can delete your Us account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Us and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@petalformllc.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete it, and we will confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your diary entries, notes, prompt answers, and pages.
• Photos you added.
• Your profile details and notification settings.

What we may keep, and for how long

We delete your personal data promptly. We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it, for example basic transaction records needed for tax and accounting, and we keep those no longer than required. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.

Shared content

If you shared a page with a public link, deleting your account removes that page. Content your partner independently saved to their own account remains with their account until they delete it.
