Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Petalform LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the AIRSPACE mobile game ("AIRSPACE" or "the app") for iOS and Android. AIRSPACE is an air-traffic puzzle game. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no game servers, and it plays fully offline.

Your progress stays on your device

Your progress, stars, scores, Endless records and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. We do not receive, store or have access to them. Progress does not sync between devices.

Because this data lives on your device, it may be included in your device's own backups (iCloud backup on iOS, Google backup on Android) if you have them turned on. Those backups are handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. Deleting the app deletes its data, except any copies in your own device backups, and we cannot recover it for you.

Information that leaves your device

Purchase status: when you buy, restore or check the Full Game Unlock, RevenueCat receives transaction details from Apple or Google and an anonymous app user ID. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card.	To verify and restore your Full Game Unlock.
Anonymous usage analytics (can be turned off in Settings → Share Anonymous Usage): gameplay events such as "level started", "level completed" or "paywall viewed", with details like the level, stars, score and time in broad ranges, plus a random install ID, the app version and the platform (iOS or Android).	To balance level difficulty and improve the game.

The install ID is a random number created by the app. It is not derived from your device or from you, and it is deleted when you delete the app. Analytics events contain no names, emails, contacts, location, device identifiers or advertising identifiers, and they are not linked to your identity. Like any internet request, these requests carry your device's IP address; we do not use it to identify you.

We do not show ads, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app does not ask for tracking permission. There is no crash-reporting service in the app.

Permissions

AIRSPACE does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location. On Android it uses only the in-app billing permission (for the Full Game Unlock) and the vibration permission (for haptics, which you can turn off in Settings).

Service providers

We use these providers. They process the limited information above only on our behalf:

• RevenueCat: verifies and restores the Full Game Unlock.
• PostHog: anonymous usage analytics (only if Share Anonymous Usage is on).
• Apple and Google: in-app purchases, app distribution and device backups, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Security

Your progress is protected by your device's own security (passcode, encryption and app sandboxing). Information sent to our providers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and deleting your data

• Turn off analytics: Settings → Share Anonymous Usage. When it's off, nothing is sent and anything not yet sent is discarded.
• Erase your progress: Settings → Reset Progress erases all stars, scores and Endless records on your device. It does not affect your purchase.
• Delete everything: deleting the app removes all of its data from your device (except copies in your own device backups).
• Because analytics are anonymous, we generally can't link them to you. If you'd like us to try to delete them, email support@petalformllc.com.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

AIRSPACE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
