How do I restore the Full Game Unlock?

Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with, and that you're online. Then open Settings → Restore Purchases (or tap Restore Purchase on the unlock screen). The full campaign unlocks as soon as the store confirms your purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Apple or Google processed the payment, so refunds go through them: on iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use your Google Play order history. We can't issue store refunds directly.

Why didn't my progress move to my new phone?

AIRSPACE has no accounts, so your stars, scores and Endless records are stored only on the device you play on and don't sync between devices. A device backup and restore (iCloud or Google) may bring them across. Your Full Game Unlock restores on any device signed in to the same store account.

How do I start over?

Settings → Reset Progress erases all stars, scores and Endless records on this device. It can't be undone, and it doesn't affect your purchase.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. AIRSPACE plays fully offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore the Full Game Unlock.

How do I turn off analytics?

Settings → Share Anonymous Usage. The game then sends nothing. The AIRSPACE Privacy Policy explains exactly what this setting covers.
