These terms govern your use of the AIRSPACE mobile game ("AIRSPACE"), provided by Petalform LLC ("we", "us"). By using AIRSPACE you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What AIRSPACE is (and isn't)

AIRSPACE is an air-traffic puzzle game for entertainment. It is not a flight simulator or a training tool, and it does not teach real air traffic control procedures. All airports, airlines and callsigns in the game are fictional.

Your progress and your device

AIRSPACE has no accounts. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device, and we have no copy of them. Progress does not sync between devices. You are responsible for your device and its backups: if you delete the app, reset your progress or lose your device without a backup, your progress cannot be recovered. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use AIRSPACE.

Full Game Unlock

• AIRSPACE is free to download and includes a free set of levels. The Full Game Unlock is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the full campaign, at the price shown in the app. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can restore the unlock on any device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account using Restore Purchases in Settings or on the unlock screen. Resetting your progress or deleting the app does not remove your purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AIRSPACE on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, art, sound and code belong to Petalform LLC or its licensors.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse AIRSPACE: for example, don't try to bypass the Full Game Unlock, tamper with purchases, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove levels and features, or discontinue the app. We will try to give notice of significant changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using AIRSPACE at any time by deleting the app. We may end your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Disclaimers

AIRSPACE is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petalform LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of AIRSPACE. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AIRSPACE in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

App stores

If you downloaded AIRSPACE from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Downloads from Google Play are also subject to Google Play's terms.
