Common questions

My progress didn't sync between devices.
Progress only syncs if you're signed in with the same account on both devices, and both devices have a network connection. Guest progress lives only on the device it was created on. Sign in from Settings → Account to start syncing.

I bought Pro but it isn't unlocked.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-checks your App Store or Google Play purchase history and restores entitlement without charging you again. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase date and platform (iOS or Android).

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple or Google, not by us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. See our Terms for the full subscription policy.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from. Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Play Store order history.

Is any of this real cloud infrastructure?
No. InfraSim's simulation runs entirely on your device (or on our servers only to verify Daily Challenge scores). It never provisions, connects to, or spends money in a real AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud account.

I want to delete my account and data.
See our account deletion page for exact in-app steps.

I found a bug or the app crashed.
Email us with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened, a screenshot helps a lot. We use Sentry to automatically capture crash reports, but the extra context speeds up a fix.
