Restore your purchase

The Full Chemistry unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account. To unlock it on a new or reset device, sign in to the same store account, then open Settings → Restore purchases (or tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen). If a purchase is waiting for approval, such as Ask to Buy, it unlocks automatically once the store confirms it.

Progress and saved experiments

Your progress and saved Lab experiments are stored on your device. They do not sync between devices and are removed if you delete the app. Settings → Reset progress clears lesson progress without affecting your purchase.

"This combination is unavailable" in the Lab

The Sandbox Lab uses a validated chemistry model. When a mixture involves chemistry outside that model, such as complex ions with ammonia, the app explains why instead of showing an incorrect result.

Safety

Virtual experiments are educational simulations. Do not use the app as a laboratory safety or real-world chemical handling guide.
