Delete your Nextly account

Nextly, by Petalform LLC

You can delete your Nextly account and everything stored with it at any time.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Nextly and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete my Nextly account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately. If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple so Nextly's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app, email support@petalformllc.com from the address you use with Nextly, with the subject "Delete my Nextly account". We'll confirm the request comes from that address and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Nextly account and profile (current role, company, focus area).
• Your destinations, goals, milestones, evidence and target jobs.
• Uploaded files, feedback and framework material, inbox notes, reviews and drafts.
• AI usage records and any AI content reports you filed.
• Your sign-in, if you don't use another Petalform app with the same sign-in.

This is permanent and happens right away. We can't recover a deleted account.

What we keep

• Purchase records. If you bought Nextly Pro, the App Store or Google Play and our subscription processor (RevenueCat) keep transaction records as required for billing, refunds and tax law. Deleting your Nextly account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

Data on your device

Nextly keeps a copy of your plan on your phone for offline viewing. Deleting your account clears it; uninstalling the app also removes it.
