I didn't get my sign-in code

Check your spam folder, and wait a minute before requesting another code (codes can be requested once a minute and expire after an hour). Make sure you enter the newest code.

AI analysis isn't working

AI analysis needs your permission (Profile → Privacy & your data → Allow AI analysis) and an internet connection. The free plan includes 40 analyses a month, and the count resets on the 1st (UTC).

A job link won't import

Some sites (for example LinkedIn) don't allow automated reading, and some pages only load in a browser. Links must start with https://. Paste the job description text instead; it works just as well.

How do I restore Nextly Pro?

Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you subscribed with, and that you're online. Then open Profile → Manage subscription and tap Restore purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting your Nextly account doesn't cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple or Google processed the payment, so refunds go through them: on iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use your Google Play order history. We can't issue store refunds directly.

How do I export or delete my data?

Export: Profile → Privacy & your data → Export my data. Delete: Profile → Account → Delete my Nextly account. More on deleting your Nextly account.

How do I report an AI suggestion?

Tap "Report a problem" under a suggested plan, or the flag icon on a review or draft. You can also email us.
